BullCheese Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how TrustSwap El Salvador, S.A. de C.V. (“Bullcheese,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit bullcheese.fun, join a waitlist, connect a wallet, launch or trade a token, use token chat, contact us, or otherwise interact with the Bullcheese interface and related services.

TrustSwap El Salvador, S.A. de C.V. is the responsible entity, or data controller, for the processing described in this policy. Our registered office is Polígono 8, Oficina 118, Colonia San Benito, San Salvador, El Salvador, and we can be reached at privacy@bullcheese.fun.

The Platform operates noncustodially. Bullcheese does not control your wallet, hold your private keys or assets, or make blockchain transactions for you.

The information we hold depends on how you use the Platform. It falls into the following categories:

• Wallet and blockchain information — wallet addresses, signatures, transaction hashes, balances, token launches, liquidity locks, and contract interactions.
• Content you submit — token metadata, profile information, and chat messages.
• Communications — your email address and the contents of your requests, including waitlist signups and support messages.
• Device and network data — IP address, browser type, operating system, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
• Usage analytics — how you navigate the interface and how it performs.
• Local browser preferences and wallet session state.

A wallet address or blockchain transaction may be personal information where it can be associated with an identifiable person.

We receive information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, from public blockchain networks, and from service providers such as wallets, RPC providers, indexers, explorers, analytics services, liquidity locking providers, and IPFS gateways.

We use information to:

• Provide token launching, discovery, trading, liquidity, locking, analytics, profiles, orders, and chat features.
• Enable wallet connection and prepare transactions for your signature.
• Process content you submit and moderate malicious links, spam, fraud, abuse, and prohibited activity.
• Operate waitlists and send communications you have requested, and allow you to unsubscribe.
• Provide customer support and resolve disputes.
• Monitor reliability, diagnose failures, measure performance, and understand how the interface is used.
• Protect the security and integrity of the Platform and its users.
• Comply with legal, regulatory, sanctions-screening, and record-keeping obligations.

We do not use personal information for targeted advertising, and we do not sell personal information.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to provide the services you request, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the interface, with your consent where consent is requested, and to comply with our legal obligations.

For processing that relies on your consent, including marketing communications, you may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out, and it may mean that some features stop working.

Our processing is subject to El Salvador’s Personal Data Protection Law (Ley de Protección de Datos Personales), and to other data protection laws where they apply to you.

Public blockchain networks are transparent by design. Transactions, wallet addresses, token activity, smart contract events, liquidity lock records, and related data may be permanently available through the Arc network, nodes, explorers, indexers, and other independent services.

Bullcheese cannot edit, hide, reverse, or delete information recorded on a public blockchain. Disconnecting your wallet or making a privacy request does not remove your prior onchain activity.

Bullcheese does not sell personal information.

We may share information with service providers and infrastructure vendors that help us operate the Platform, including hosting and content delivery providers, wallet connection providers, Arc RPC services, blockchain indexers and explorers, liquidity locking infrastructure providers including Team Finance, IPFS gateways, market data providers, email delivery providers, and analytics providers.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our users or our legal rights, to investigate abuse or a security incident, in connection with a business reorganization, merger, or acquisition, or at your direction or with your consent.

Information you submit to public areas of the Platform, including token metadata and chat messages, is visible to anyone.

Wallets, blockchain networks, smart contracts, liquidity locking providers, protocols, websites, and other services available through or linked from Bullcheese are independent from Bullcheese. We do not control their availability, security, or privacy practices.

Review the privacy terms of any third-party service before you use it.

Bullcheese and its wallet or infrastructure providers may use local storage, cookies, and similar browser technologies to remember preferences, maintain wallet sessions, protect the interface, and measure performance.

You can clear this storage using your browser controls, though some features may stop working. Bullcheese does not use personal information for targeted advertising.

We retain offchain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the interface, maintain public product surfaces, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, protect security, and comply with law.

Retention periods vary by type of information. Public chat and token content, and operational records, persist while the relevant product surfaces operate. Communications are retained until the matter is resolved, plus a reasonable record-keeping period. Service providers apply their own retention policies.

Public blockchain and distributed storage records may persist indefinitely and are outside Bullcheese’s control.

Bullcheese uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the systems under its control. No internet service, wallet, smart contract, network, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Never send Bullcheese your private key, recovery phrase, password, or wallet credentials. Report security concerns to security@bullcheese.fun.

Bullcheese and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live, including countries outside El Salvador. Those countries may have different data protection laws.

Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for international transfers of personal information.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights of access, rectification, cancellation or deletion, objection, portability, and, in some circumstances, erasure, as well as the right to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To make a privacy request, contact privacy@bullcheese.fun. Describe your request and include the wallet address, email address, or other information needed to locate the relevant records. We may need to verify your identity or your authority to act before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

You also have the following practical choices:

• Use the public areas of the interface without connecting a wallet.
• Disconnect your wallet and clear your browser storage.
• Avoid putting personal information into public fields such as token metadata, profiles, and chat.
• Request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your offchain data.
• Object to processing or withdraw consent where applicable.
• Appeal a decision we make on your request, or complain to a competent data protection authority.

If you are in El Salvador, you may also address complaints to the Agencia de Ciberseguridad del Estado (ACE), the supervisory authority for the Personal Data Protection Law.

Bullcheese does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Bullcheese does not knowingly use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would require a right to limit under applicable United States state privacy laws.

Residents of certain US states may request to know about, access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of their personal information. Send requests to privacy@bullcheese.fun.

The interface is not directed to children, and Bullcheese does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Bullcheese, contact privacy@bullcheese.fun.

Bullcheese may update this policy as the interface, its infrastructure, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes may be communicated through the interface or another appropriate channel.
